RETURNS POLICY

We want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchases from Workscene and so we will gladly accept your returns. See below:

ONLINE PURCHASES

Items purchased online must be returned via post within 30 days of the invoice date

If you have changed your mind, you are responsible for any costs associated with returning items to our warehouse

Any returned item(s) remain as your property and your responsibility until they reach our warehouse

CONDITION OF RETURN

Goods must be unused
-
Goods must be in original condition
-
Goods must have all tags attached

Goods must be in original packaging

For any footwear returns, the shoe box must be returned in its original condition and cannot be returned with any freight labels or writing on the box

Please note: If you don't meet these requirements, your return will be rejected and you may be charged to re-ship your items.
I RECEIVED A FAULTY PRODUCT

In the rare circumstance that your item has a defect, please email a photo to orders@cjsworkwear.com.au detailing the issue to be assessed.
We may consult with the supplier and if the product(s) are found to be faulty you will be issued a return paid parcel sticker, and be eligible to receive a full refund or replacement once the goods have been returned.
I RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT OR SIZE

If you have been issued the wrong product or incorrect size, we apologise and will fix the error at no additional cost to you. Please email us at orders@cjsworkwear.com.au.

To save time, please quote your name and order number so we can resolve your issue as swiftly as possible.
SHIPPING
​
Items will be sent via standard post for a flat fee of $15. Free delivery is available on orders over $199.
​
Items will be shipped within 2 - 8 business days of receiving order.
